Self-Catering Holiday Cottage in Port Logan

Rosebank Holiday cottage in Port Logan, South West Scotland is all on one level with a light and bright open-plan kitchen, living space and dining area. There are two double bedrooms, one being en-suite with a shower cubicle, wc and hand wash basin. A third bedroom has bunk beds and there is a spacious, modern bathroom with a bath. Rosebank is fully furnished and well equipped so you have everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday. We welcome your pets, they need a holiday too.  Free  unlimited WiFi for your stay.

Kitchen

Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need including:

• Electric double oven and hob
• Fridge
• Dishwasher
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Iron and Ironing board

You will find a welcome pack on arrival with tea, coffee, sugar, eggs and milk in the fridge, salt & pepper and many other little extras to make your stay enjoyable.  There’s nothing better than a cuppa after your journey.  A starter supply of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, dishcloth, sponge.

Open-plan living and dining area

The open-plan living area at Rosebank  overlooks the garden to the rear of the cottage.  The living area has comfortable leather sofas, modern furnishings, Freeview TV / DVD.

There are books and games and a wealth of tourist and local information to help you plan your days out.

Bedrooms

There are two double bedrooms. One of which has its own en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and hand wash basin.

The third bedroom has adult sized bunk beds.

Hotel quality duvets, pillows and Egyptian cotton linen & towels. One bath sheet and a bath towel are provided per guest.  Hand towels and hand soap in the bathrooms.

We provide a hairdryer . For younger guests we can provide a high chair and travel cot.

Bathroom & En-suite

Private Garden

Outside, to the rear of Rosebank is a large secluded garden on two levels accessed directly from the living area. Our garden is secure and is perfect for pets and children. There are steps to the top level with a picnic table and benches. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and Port Logan Lighthouse. The fresh sea air you can relax and watch the sun setting over the sea – just what holidays are all about.

There’s a useful, secure outhouse where you can store sporting equipment and clothing after a fun day on the beach. You will also find a freezer and a washing machine in the outhouse and we have facilities for outdoor drying of laundry.

There is private off-road parking to the front of Rosebank and the beach is just yards away from the front door.

We Do Not permit the charging of EV ( Electric Vehicles / Plug-In hybrid)  vehicles from our holiday cottages. 

Port Logan is a popular holiday destination in this tranquil and beautiful corner of South West Scotland.
