Another lovely stay, Newbreeze was fantastic last year but it was good to have the extra space this year for the longer stay at “Rosebank”. the weather was kind and we managed to have lunch in the garden one day, and lunch sitting looking at the beach on another. Lovely cottage with a calm soothing atmosphere.
Had a howling stormy visit from Floris on Monday 4th so we hunkered down with a dram or two feeling safe and sound, no power cuts thankfully.

Took photos of the best sunset ever according to a born and bred lovely local.

The welcome pack came in handy and was much appreciated. Revisiting old haunts, the beach, the sea, the birds in the garden, what bliss !

We have had such a lovely week ! Loved the beach, boys enjoyed some fishing.

We had delicious meals in the Ship at Drummore & the Steam Packet at the Isle of Whithorn.

Children really enjoyed the lighthouse & RSPB centre at the Mull of Galloway, and we all had fun in the Galloway Forest,

oh and Logan Fish Pond was a hit too !

Perfect holiday for Ruby to relax and unwind after important GCSE exam year.

The best cottage with a handy location for Brian and Ruby to launch the boat and go fishing, using our paddle boards and doggy walking for miles.

Our second time here and have fallen in love with it even more !!!

The cottage is as perfect as it was the first time we stayed a few years ago. Denise and Nick put so much work into making sure everything is perfect for your stay.

Weather has been a bit indifferent, but it is not about the weather, as it’s such a relaxing and comfortable cottage it’s easy to chill out. Daisy and Oscar have enjoyed their walks and runs on the beach every day. Was here in February this year also, can’t wait for March next year when were back. But who knows might be back sooner !!

Another fabulous fortnight staying at Rosebank.

We’ve enjoyed various daytrips out with visits to the Mull of Galloway, the botanic gardens and Portpatrick to name a few.

Mainly though we’ve just enjoyed chilling out on the beach with Zak and watching the beautiful sunsets.

We had a lovely time at Rosebank.

The cottage is one of the nicest we’ve been in.

It was very comfortable and the big garden was so safe for our granddaughter and the dog.

We enjoyed sitting out having a cuppa and some lunch at the picnic table.

Thank you for the welcome pack, it was very much appreciated.

The location, so close to the amazing beach, was ideal for our Granddaughter who loved every moment making sandcastles and searching for crabs and jellyfish.
